Omelette pan, 2 HANDLES
The copper omelette pan is perfect to stew, braise or roast.
It’s suggested to use lid to cover the casserole for long times cooking; this for maintain a costant humidity.
It’s made with smooth copper with a thickness of 1,5 or 2 mm, to allow a good heat distribution.
Inside, the casserole is coated with 100% virgin tin, perfect for foods and safety of the consumer.
The handle application is done with stainless steel rivets 18/10 and brass handles created with the ancient fusion tecnique.
