Our story

1920

The artisanal company Pavoni was born in the 1920, when Pavoni Alessandro bought an ancient workshop in the small village Taceno.

The workshop, dating back to the eighteen century, is provided with coal ovens and hydraulic hammer for the forging of variuos tools.

1990

At the beginning of the ’90, an important decrease of work, due to the economical and social changes, pushed Osvaldo and his wife Brigida, to switch the kind of production without abandon the historical material wich has always rapresent the company.

The production switch to copper cookware for professional use, concentrating their efforts to the high quality.

2013

At the beginning of the new century, Angelo and Francesco, sons of Osvaldo and Brigida, move their first steps into the factory, by watching and learning from their parent’s work. In the 2013 they join the family-owned company.

The artisanal workshop made copper boliers; these items was usually used in the cheese dairies localized in Valtellina and Valsassina valleys.

This kind of work didn’t change with the handover to son Angelo, and later back to the nephew Osvaldo.

During this time, Osvaldo estabilish a work relationship with a leader company in this area, for the supply of copper cookware.

Work as a subcontractor becomes the main activity, and Osvaldo decided to move the workshop to a new building in the industrial area.

This choice allows to increase the production and the quality, thanks to the new machinary and new process system.

2020

100 years after

Now the family company has decided to make his products and history known,
by creating a website wich describe the Pavoni Brand and his products highlighting
the quality, the tradition, the design and the attention to the customer healt.
